This place really is terrible... people from rental office may seem nice when you are looking.. but once you sign the lease, they become unhelpful, useless and even rude.. the buildings look new from outside but actually quite old.. the walls and floors are so thin that you could hear every footsteps and noise.. the stack dryer in my unit would take 3-4 60 min cycles to dry ten pieces of clothes.. it's not worth the price.

this place is horrible... the management promised me a one bd with waher/dryer on the top floor.. then less than a week before I moved to CT, I got a call and was told that it was not available.. since I couldn't find another apt. in such a short time somewhere else,I had to take 2bd with washer/dryer on the 2nd floor that I didn't want/need.. they would say anything to get you in.. the place is very noisy.. the buildings are old.. very little insulation.. could hear every little noise your neighbours make... I have rented in different places in PA and elsewhere but I have never lived in a place this bad with even worse management.. I can not find/say one good thing about this place.. I wouldn't recommand anyone to rent there.

Ive had the exact same problem with my dryer. U'd think they would replace the 1970s washer/ dryers with high efficiency ones... but they dont care if the tenents have 200 electricity bills because they dont have to pay for it!!
