Good place to live

Pros: really nice maintanence guy, lots of trees - every balcony looks out into trees, really close to Pfizer/Navy/EB, storage area on balcony, AC in living room, fitness center has TV with cable, nice outside pool 3-9feet deep
Cons: Smells like curry in kitchen(many Indian residents), some things will be broken when you move in but 1/2 calls to management and it's fixed, not allowed to put AC into bedroom window, fitness center is small (5 working machines), no electricity when you move in - have to set that up yourself, laundry is $1.70, pool only open during summer
I'm really happy with this place. It's not perfect, my bathtub is scratched up, my stove had to be changed, my microwave handle fell off and they changed it right away. Like I said it's not perfect but management takes care of the issues and it's a very good deal for the money. I'm slightly biased because I'm in a corner unit, so I have less neighbors and more windows.
They show you their model unit, make sure to look at your actual apartment before signing the lease and figure out if you'd have to drive to the laundry facility or if you can walk.
