I have been living at willow pond for two years. There was some real issues for the past year and a half. but, everything is looking up. First lets begin with the staff. The staff use to be horrible. Grumpy, unprofessiional, . Now they have this wonderful assistant manager named Carmen. I look forward to to seeing her. every time i come in. The women dresses great, her personality is out of this world.I have referred several people to her.I forward to living at willow pond for another couple of years. Maintence has improved a great deal as well.
