my family and i lived in that place for a year and a half. the neighbor's were very noisy and the manager did nothing, the third floor porch was very very unsafe. we lived on the third floor. they never cleaned the gutters so when it would rain the water would run right on the porch and into the apartment through the sliding glass doors and i stepped on the back porch and the wood was soo rotted that my foot went through the floor. thank god i didn't fall through .. i was told they would be replacing the carpet. which they didn't do. so it smelled like musty old dog piss!!!!i requested to move to another unit due to the awful smell and they said we are not going to waste our money on you.this is the worst place to ever live in.there was and most likely still is a bunch of hispanic's and ------- american's there who don't have job's and collect welfare thinking they can do what they want and screw everyone else. i will NEVER live there again. i haven't and never will. the place is a totls slumville and is not worth the money hard working people pay for.i think the plce should be condemmed
