Well I've been living in this place almost 6 years. I never had any problem until now...I live in the first floor for the pass 5 years until I got married and decide to move on little more space apartment so I move on the second floor this time.well firs problem is the stove burner is not working they fix that one..Next is the sink by the kitchen they fix it but it take so many times before it really fix the problem.Third is the Fridge it stop workng I just purchase some grocery day before stop working so most of my food got bad, I called the 24 hr maintenace and he brought me couple of Coller the guy is really nice really care about the people who live in this place. fourth problem is the floor above me. The floor make a really bd noise and people who live above Ithink they don't sleep so I went and talk to the manager name Carmen and explain to her what is the problem and she said she will talk to them but the problem are not the people its the floor and it go on for like couple months so I decide to tell her that I cannot stay longer on that apartmet either move us to another building or fix it...to make the story short she never even tell the owner what problem we are having.So If the owner see and read this review please you need to check those people who suppost to take care your investment...I know two manager who use t work there and they are reay nice people but this one we had now she doesn't do her job!!!!! she just seating and making sure that she look good rather than making sure all the resident are happy
