Very little improvement

I lived here for over 4 years, when the place was new and the grounds nice. In the meantime, everything deteriorated greatly: there are weeds everywhere; the equipment in the fitness"center" is old and breaks down often. Management does not care to replace, even a battery, so 2 pieces are not working at all. Management has decided to install 3 (THREE) vending machines that take precious space. The only person using the machine is the guy who plays boss - Kenny. The only guy who works his tail off is Mustaffa, other wise this Kenny has found employment for all his relatives - brother, wife etc.. They "work" in the office or in the "field" but nothing gets fixed. One has to call repeatedly if, God forbid, something breaks down due to the shody workmanship and cheap appliances installed at the very beginning.
New carpeting has finally been installed and hopefully the vending machines will stay outside, where they belong.
If you ask me, this place is not worth $1,300/month.One more thing: office women are rude and inefficient, same as the boss.
