Let me tell you about the people that run this place.....

THE BOSS- i forgot her name but you can't miss her...she lives in bldg. 1 i think'!she have white hair and wears ala Jackie O. black frame glasses...she never smiles,she never talk,and she doesnt care!!!!all she does the whole day at work is pet her puppy and smokes!!!!what a nice job she got right'!..and the tenant is paying for that service...with my 5 years stay there i never got the chance to talk to her..every time i tried she is busy....
NIKKI and the other girls- this girls are popular!!!!this girls doesnt want to be bother...they are rude,and doesnt know what they are doing...they should be sent to a finishing school to refine their acid togue and manners.
Kenny- mean,rude ,inadequate.
Mustafa- he is nice..friendly although sometimes he forgets...but cant blame the guy he is doing everything...
Kenny's relative- why included'...well they work there also..they do the shoveling during winter and last winter one of them even ask me they will clear the spot if i pay!!!!it's your job!!!!
Playground- it's beyond repair!!!!the mulch should be replaced,the swingset should be replaced. chopped the old one for firewoods and donate it...
Pool- dirty!!!during summer the people from the office invites all their relatives and friend there...(do they pay') they have their own space exclusive just for them...thier kids can jump ,play rough but our kids cant...i witness this once then manager scolded this asian kid from jumping to the pool but when it's her friends or relatives she dont care...they rule the whole pool!!!!
Nikki even invited her friends who got into a fight with their other guest and when one tenant asked her she even raised her voice ..very rude indeed.!!!!
Plants and Grass- pathetic...!!!
Gym- stay away from this place...you'll gonna get killed.!!!
Tennis Court- no lights,dirty
Buildings- dirty,they dont take care of it...it smells
Winter- they dont shovel,sand on time....if you asked them to put salt on the walk way they'll ask you to get one for yourself....
Parking- the worst....you know why they cant provide assigned parking'...coz there is not enough for everybody...
Garbage- aside for just putting one area for it at end of the complex....it's unsanitary to step on that place....DIRTY!FILTHY

and the insects it goes with the rent....free of charge!!!!
