I hope they change management because this place is totally mismanaged. The garbage area is a health hazard. Entrance doors do not close, the fascia on some buildings has been ripped by the wind and storms and never replaced, the exercise room has outdated equipment and not "state-of-the-art" ase they boast in their advertising. The interior insulation is a joke - you can hear when people next door argue or those above use a vacuumcleaner. The guy in charge -Ken is obnoxios, the only one who helps is Mustafa. I urge you to take a close look before you move is - for $1,300 you should get a better place.
