These people don't know what "luxury" is.

This is a decent development,space is adequate, but there is no storage # in the apartment, appliances are of the cheapest quality, same with cabinets and carpeting.

The fittnesroom has lousy, outdated, squeaky equipment.

as I said, okay, but not luxury
