We had a two bedroom apartment and moved out a year ago. This new place is far above the 'luxury ' apartment of Aspen Glen.
The Aspen Glen maintentenc is horrid. The apartment above us was leaking into our bathroom and we got NO response when we called ken & MUstafa (maintenance). It took slightly over 3 months to get the leake of water into our bathroom from the upstairs fixed and that was only because I got a lawyer & threatened to call the department of public health.
The amenities aren't much better.
There were numerous times that the pool would not be cleaned for days, and the would have 10 or more chlorine tablets thrown in to alleviate the problem.
In the winter, plowing is a joke. Ken would often times take the atv plow and truck 'joy riding' in the parking lot. I have videos of him doing doughnuts. On one occasion he hit a neighbors car. Many times, salt would not be put on the walkways until noon or later.
Parking was also pretty bad. They refuse to assign spaces and there are people who lived there that due to parking the wrong way in a spot would be taking up 3 or more spaces. When management was called we were told that it wasn't there problem.
I would most def. not reccomend that anyone move in here.
