This place is getting worse

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
We have been living here for almost a year and rejoyced when Fran, the mgr. who used to bring her dog to work & her-do-nothing gang Ken, brother Brian, wife.. were just having fun @ our expense.A new team hired in feb has not done much:snow removal was late and sloppy, garbage area is messy, unhealthy & fitness room is NOT "state of the art" as claimed in their flyer. Mgmt. does not care about tenants, maintenance stinks, the grounds look terrible. Don't be fooled: it is NOT "luxury living" & definitely NOT worth the rent asked. STAY AWAY, BUY A HOUSE.
