Well... I've lived here for a year and agree that previous management was horrible. They were rude, unresponsive, the grounds and maintainence were pretty much not existent... Now, since the new management arrives, it is actually a pleasure to call and hear a friendly voice on the line that is eager to appease my requests. They have been trying to fix up the grounds, however it seems like this may take some time since it has been neglected for such a long period. I have great hopes and faith in them that they will fulfill there promises to us. :) I hope they don't let me down.

Well, we have lived here for over 4 years and yes, the previous management did its best to downgrade this place.The present crew is making progress, BUT it continues to misrepresent the complex as "2005 voted #1 best of New Haven cusomer satisfaction" - which is a joke. First, none of us, tenants,could vote so when the fitness room is in shambles - outdated and with damqaged equipment, inadequate for the number of people living here; grounds need a lot of tlc - just look at the pitiful "flowers" planted earlier this season; look at the fascia coming off of some buildings, etc.There is a lot of room for improvement, believe me and in the meantime, this complex should NOT be considered luxury.

my name is M FLOUMEN ,My wife and I have lived @ Aspen Glen for almost 4 years. I'm sorry that you're not as happy as the rest of us. Have you been to the gym lately? We've seen new equipment... and never more than 1, or at most 2, people working out at the same time. Anyway, we could could go on forever. But we have made many friends here @ Aspen Glen, and we are all very happy. So if you can't smell the beautiful new flowers planted last week, than move on. Wishing you happiness somewhere else. Some people are just looking to complain!
