if you have ever owned a home and then move into a apt dont! the apts are very damp, cabnets are mismash along with appliances. the grass is always wet and puddled. flys gallor.and if your building has collage students in it be prepared on the weekend nites to not have anywhere to park. beer cans garbage on lawn. and best of yet NO BARBEQUES! hmmm, avalon lets you have them, the fire marshal allows them, so why is it that at aspen glen "the fire marshall bans them"' counting the days till were out of here and only been here 6 months
