I did not have any real issues with Aspen Glen until we moved out. Now I know why they have WHITE carpets in there...so that any little marks/stains, they can claim that the carpet needs to be replaced. After three years living there, every one of our neighbors have never received their deposit. And why' It's because of the carpets.
We stayed three years and found out that they replace the carpets automatically every 3-4 years (depending on the condition). Nevertheless, they decided to keep our deposit claiming that they were too dirty to be cleaned and needed replacing. Interesting that they charged us for the replacement of the carpets even though they already planned on replacing them.
