This place looks good on the outside.

Once you're inside the problems begin.

Maintenance will give you a major attitude if you need something and will try to make excuses not to fix things.

The people in the office make tons of mistakes because they are too new or the job is too hard for them.

If you live here you will experience a lot of stress because every time you turn around something is broken, leaking, etc., and you have to go crazy to have basic things fixed for you.

The only good thing is quiet neighbors, but it depends what building you're in of course.

I would recommend Avalon Walk over Aspen Glen if you are looking at apartments in this area.
