This person is either blind, or does NOT use the fitness room OR is actually management reponding, therefore don't pay attention.
This is NOT luxury, just normal, and they charge a lot considering the state of the gym.

Just try to use it before you rent and see for yourself.

The TV is working but not the volume!
In a nutshell, NOT WORTH YOUR OR YOUR PARENTS MONEY.
