All-in-all it was a very good place to live.

Was there from 2004-07 and never had any major problems. I'll run through the pros and cons quickly.

Pros:
-large two bedroom/two bathroom apartments for pretty good price compared to market
-plenty of parking
-close to new haven where plenty to do
-mostly quiet families although there are some college kids whom were louder at times
-almost all maintenance issues were handled quickly and adequately. (One exception where it took them several days to stop dripping water from burst pipe in bathroom and then replace moldy ceiling panels from the leak)
-safety/security is fine
-good landscaping and snow removal
-nice pool

Cons:
-bugs were not common in the apartment but were definately there from time to time especially in the summer months
-slight issue at end of lease term where they wanted to charge several hundred dollars for carpet cleaning from minor stains that were left there from the prior tenants, however, office returned full security after a few calls advising such
-walls not completely sound proof but pretty good
-hallways continually smelled from cooking of the neighbors but did not come into apartment
-small, inadequate "fitness area"

I would consider the apartment complex very good if what you are looking for is a quiet, convenient, and very nice but not extremely luxurious apartment
