I moved here in 6/07 from out of state. I wanted to find a place where I thought I could be happy for several years because I hate moving, and have been extremely pleased with the choice. It's a very large complex with many multi-story buildings; mine is in the back and my apartment faces the woods, which is great. The floorplan is huge, there's decent storage, and best of all, full-size washer/dryer in each unit. I rent a carport space and am happy to have the option, which means less scraping in winter and baking sun in summer.

Management bought new plow equipment last spring and so far this year that seems to be doing the job pretty well, though we didn't get lots of snow. The grounds are well cared for.

I've had very few noise problems, a huge improvement over my last place, and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance has been speedy for routine and emergency needs. The biggest problem is trash disposal, which is completely inadequate.

Overall, I've been very happy with this complex and have recommended it to others.
