These apartments are sme of the nicest in the college areas of Yale, Quinnipiac and SCSU. The bedrooms are a good size and lots of parking. The pool is great in the summer and tennis courts are fun. Maintenance is pretty good at responding, but my bathroom had some kind of leak that would cause mold to grow and no amount of bleach would stop it. They tried to find the leak, to no avail. The carpets stain easily and they kept our whole deposit because they were stained (even though we lived there 3 years...and I'm almost positive they change them every time people move out.) Most of the neighbors are nice and quiet but sometimes rowdy college kids move in next to you and have late night parties. Overall I liked the apartments.
