I moved out of Avalon after three years because I relocated. As I can see now its hard to really judge if an apartment is a good choice.

First, the apartment I lived in was really nice, wall to wall carpet, huge rooms, bigger closets and as I see now looking for other apartments very reasonably priced.

Second, they have a nice pool which is clean and fun in the summer, a basketball court that you can usually get a game in, raquetball courts, and a decent gym with enough equipment to get by.

I had a few maintenance problems that were taken care of almost immediately.

Overall I think this is a great place to live and would highly recommend it to anyone who is moving into the area.
