I have lived at Apple Hill for 3 years, and when I saw this website I felt that I needed to defend my apartment community. To start there have only been 11 previous respondents to this website and commonly we hear complaints but rarely do the satisfied stop to gratify. The previous respondents were clearly bitter, lack the ability to spell properly, and have blown their view out of proportion. First of all I know the entire office staff and maintenance staff, not only do I like them but I have never had a problem with the bookkeeping. As far as a bug problem goes, I have heard very few complaints from my fellow residents and I know that there is a contract with an exterminator who visits every week and is usually bothered by the removal of an occasional bird nest on the large balcony, not bugs! Also, concerning the murder, this was a one time isolated incident which occured between a resident and his personal guest. This is in no way was a lack of security on behalf of Apple Hill. It could have happened anywhere!! Currently Apple Hill not only does a credit check but a criminal background check as well. I am a business woman and do not feel unsafe here. This is my home and I have this information from my friends who work here and I do not like to see them disrespected by 11 bitter people, some of which have not lived for a very long time. This community offers a lot for a reasonable price. Thank you!

You must be a relative of the management or even better........ thier NUMBER ONE ASS KISSER PS: This place reminds me of CO-OP City in lower Manhattan, only not as large but just as scummy
