dont believe the previous writer...it was clearly wriiten by staff...who else calls an apt building/complex an 'Apartment Community'''

these apts are run by sales persons and marketers.
the main aim is increasing profits for Home Properties of New York, traded on the aNy stock exchange.
nepotism runs wild in the staff here.
there have been more than 5 managers here in the past 3 years!!!
the latest one fired the head of the maintenence dept. after he was here 30 years!!!!
bookeeping is poor...watch your payments very carefully! frequently 'lost'payments and mistakes abound!
the parent company treats them all like crap, firing good employees to replace them with friends and family....
