Okay, for the prices paid, it's not a terrible place to live, but there's a lot more bad than good about it. A/C and heat are a joke. Maintenance doesn't do anything about it, no matter how many times you call. Seems all the money we pay for rent goes to putting up stupid flags and new signs than to fixing up the buildings. The office staff is terrible. People park wherever they want, and if it's your spot, forget about the office helping you. They don't want "parking lot conflicts". The whole laundry card system here sucks. The cards fail more than they work, and you have to hike to the office to put more money on the card (if the machine doesn't eat your money then tell you there's an error with your card). The place does have roaches, no matter how clean your apartment is. And then fruit flies all summer long. The gym here is a nice feature, but totally disgusting. No spray to clean the machines with, so you're basically working out in someone else's sweat. Machines are constantly broken and take weeks for maintenance to fix. Seeing cops here everyday sort of makes you feel safe unless you remember that there was someone killed here last year over a drug deal gone bad. Overall, there's plenty of other places you can find, despite what the office people tell you about this one having everything and being better than everyone.
