This is an awful place to live. My husband and I moved here under the assumption from the leasing agent that this is a professional, quiet complex with many ammenities to offer. Yeah right! If you call old buildings, dated fixtures and insect problems ammenities, then this is the place for you. Don't even think about trying to have any privacy. You can hear absolutely everything from the floor above you. We have called the police on several occassions because of violent fighting from the people above us. When we spoke with management about the problem, they told us there was nothing much they could do, other than write a letter and that it was our responsibility to call the police. Maintanance is a joke. We have had to resort to writing threatening letters in order to get work orders done. The carpets are thin and cheap and the bathrooms are so small. Also we have had a problem with mold from our air ducts in both our bedroom and living room. It took so long to get in fixed and the only reason they finally did repair the damage was because we threatened them again with contacting the health department. Take it from us, save yourself alot of grief and stay away from here. We aren't some crazy, uneducated, disgruntled tenants. We just want to inform the innocent public who may naively want to rent here. My husband and I recently had a baby and we got out of there as soon as we could. Oh P.S. we initially signed our lease for a 1 bedroom for $798.00, the next year when it was time to resign, they upped our rent to $950.00, Crazy, huh'!
