I agree with the previous posters that Apple Hill is not a desirable place to call home. Although the apartments are quite nice and are pretty large, they offer too many disadvantages. Two of my family members lived in this apartment complex years ago, and the cockroaches and filth that infiltrated these buildings even back then forced them to move out. More recent reports to me have confirmed that these apartments are now even worse than before! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I have NEVER met someone who has been happy living at Apple Hill.

This place reminds me of CO-OP City in lower Manhattan, only not as large but just as scummy
