I lived there during 2004 & 2005 and agree with many of the previous comments. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the people above, below and beside you. The heat and air conditioning are a joke. Maintenance moves slow and need several trips to get one thing repaired. The property manager, Gena, is very nice. If you know her, problems get fixed a lot quicker. The crime and security are less of an issue now, the police work well with the block watch and tenants. There are not a lot of activities and the people who are active are a little older, not the best place for young people. The rents do include utilities, but that is also because they accept metro housing and can get more when the landlord provides the utilities. Pay attention to details, do not let the beautiful clubhouse and grounds fool you. Since the new property owners took over, only one elevator works in each building and the laundry rooms are an entire issue within themselves.
