Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
this dump changed its name to broadmoor but its still infested with BUGS FOUL SMELLS & the same lying rental agents & mgt dont be fooled by the nice landscaping unless you plan on living in the bushes this S-HOLE is everything the previous postings say it is HELL on earth stay far far away
