I am the job superintendent of redevelopment on this property. If people are noticing there are some changes going on. We are replacing all the heating and ac units. repairing and refacing both elevators in each building, new porch railings and dividers,upgrading new units completly,and other big items. I know we had alot of problems but are trying to fix them so everyone can put up 5 star ratings. these are all big jobs and are time comsuming but will be well worth it. I am happy to answer any questions and am always on site.

This is a refreshing change for management. Typically they are stupid and believe that lying serves them -- which of course just hammers another nail in their coffin. I hope this man lasts. Usually intelligent ones do not.

Of course this guy would give this place high praise.......he works there, and................. his job depends on it Since changing it's name to Broodmore, they posted banners high atop the main building boasting MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR renovations. It such be demolished and rebuilt. I live nearby and have not seen any activity related to enhancing or rebuilding anything. Also the police are always there for one thing or another. The lowlife -------s here give the good people no reason to want to stay in this roach infested ---- hole.

Work a little harder chief... in fact, work A LOT harder. Maybe if you did a little more work and a little less driving around in your golf carts things would really get done

Your comments would be worth something if you actually cared about the people living in the midst of this multi-milion dollar renovation. How about I go into your home and move your personal items around when you are at work?
