Since changing it's name to Broodmore, they posted banners high atop the main building boasting MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR renovations. It such be demolished and rebuilt.
I live nearby and have not seen any activity related to enhancing or rebuilding anything. Also the police are always there for one thing or another.
The lowlife -------s here give the good people no reason to want to stay in this roach infested ---- hole.

PS: This place reminds me of CO-OP City in lower Manhattan, only not as large but just as scummy
