Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
there is no management here...seems like anarchy...no rules get enforced...
they screen no one--will accept anyone who is willing to pay their blindingly greedy rents...
cockroaches abound due to the trash chutes in the center of each building.
owned by a huge corporation...
staffed by mindless half-wits from the upstate new york boonies.
