Although I don't have any major complaints about the physical state of the inside of my apartment, I have MAJOR complaints about the leasing office and management. I have approached the property manager on several occassions with different maintenance-related issues and have gotten nowhere. Not to mention she is outright rude at times. Also, it is true what someone below wrote about people walking into your apartment whenever they want. One time I was in the bedroom and heard my doorbell ring. I immediately stood up, walked out of the master bedroom and into the living room to answer the door, and the workers were already keying into my apartment (they gave me all of 3 seconds to answer the door!)...I was very lucky that I wasn't in the middle of showering or getting dressed when they barged right in.
