I do agree with most of comments. The surrounding and building itself are OK. The apartment I lived in the last 1 year is quiet. I can't hear the sound from other apartment, although some neighbor always smoked so lot in the corridor.
The maintenance staff is so good and fix the problem so quickly.
The big problems are: 1. when moving in, the apartment give you a lower price, and next year they will rise it soon (at least $100 per month for the rent, some bucks for the storage if you have). 2. some leasing office staff treated you without patience and liability after you sign the lease. For example, if you just move into the city and have an emergent national fax want to send, they will allow you to send, but give you a long lesson - why you should not do that again and where you could go to. They promise to give you a door access, while you have waited more than 1 month without receiving the key, if you go to the office, the lady will say that it is not her business or no door access again and you have to wait. I haven't goten mine until the end of the lease.
I do think you could pay the same rent to get a better place to live in.
