I have lived here for 2 years and have not run into any problems. People will complain regardless and forget about all the positives. It really annoys me that people can be so bratty.

Way to write a detailed review... go back to work for the tenants of Broadmoor in the leasing office instead of writing useless positive reviews about your own business.

ditto. Can the staff possibly be more pathetic and shameless? Stop writing reviews about the property you work for under the guise of being a tenant...you aren't fooling anyone. Get off your computer and off your fat, lazy behinds and do some work, and then maybe you won't receive such bad (but HONEST) reviews.
