I agree with what everyone else has said.. It's not a bad place to live but it's not the best either. The maintence guys are great.. although you can hear them outside very early.. but they're very friendly and helpful. The office staff is nothing like the maintence guys. I contacted them regarding some issues with the pool (mostly people driving in..parking in visitors spots and going to the pool) and they did NOTHING. Other apts have pool passes etc but Broadmoor does not.. I rarely go to the pool b/c it's mostly people from New Haven that bus or drive in..
My apt is very nice and I don't hear too much noise.. occasionally some noise on the weekends and some loud people outside. I have a new kitchen and all new doors. I like it and it's reasonably priced when you consider electricity is included with central air and heat.
It's a good apt for young people or seniors.. I wouldn't recommend it to a young family..even though there is a playground.
