I have lived here for several months now, and I am not happy at all. FIRST the people in the leasing office are NASTY, in the begininng everyone is ridiculously nice and then you sign the lease and all that changes. They constantly change policies and the amounts of deposits, like when we moved in the pet deposit was $600, two months later, after I initialed the price in the lease was charged $1000. The apartment looks nice at first glance but its all a trick. once you move in you find 100000 things wrong with it. No water pressure, HOT apartments, NO windows, RUDE neighbors, NOT safe. People always propping the door up with something. There has to be something better around. READ ALL THE POSTINGS EVERYONE IS SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING!!!

I totally agree with you. I moved in when it was owned by another company. Back then it was a really nice place to live. The office staff were always pleasant and helpful. Now they cater to the college student crowd - the noise is ridiculously loud at 2 or 3am. However management does not care because they can get more out of a college term rental than a working person. And the property manager, is a female dog!
