I recently visited a resident at the complex and my car was towed from visitors parking, which is absolutely insane. Not only did I have to pay towing fees, my car was damaged in the process. The management office showed no remorse and their overall demeanor was unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone nor would the residents I visited. Think twice about Broadmoor.
