I lived in Chestnut Hill North for 1 full year back in 2003.
These apartments are pretty expensive and I was paying $870 for 1 BR.
Apartments are nice.
Utilities are included in the rent except for electricity which was about 20-25$ per month.
I never had any problems in this complex.
Generally it is pretty quite, no parties.
Unlike other commenters here, I have not had the misfortune to living next to smokers.
Compared to other places in CT (there is not too much housing around!), I would recommend this place although it is not perfect, it is pretty decent.
Couple of my friends found better deals at Seramonte (in terms of rent).
Check other places on Mix Ave before you move into this one - there is a lot of housing in this area and I like this area personally.
I had to move out after 1 year because of my relocation to another state.
