Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Thin walls, uneven floors, lifted linoleum in the kitchen, broken tiles in the bathroom, noisy outdoor environment(ambulances,speeding cars, car alarms at 3am),consistent lack of hot water, multiple problems in the laundry room, unclean common areas, apt extremely hot in the summer and cold drafts in the winter, cheap paint on the walls...every mark shows up and trying to wipe it makes it worse, and an elderly super that is useless the majority of the time and unintelligible when trying to resolve a problem.
I cannot believe I stayed here THIS long.
