My review is of Chestnut Hill SOUTH ...
I have never been inside Chestnut Hill NORTH.
My building is mainly occupied by seniors - they are quiet and friendly enough and certainly don't throw any wild parties or trash the place.
The staff always seems to be renovating or fixing things ...
they re-landscaped the pool area last summer, and are in the process of replacing all the appliances and fixtures in every apartment as tenant move out.
A lot of the people who live here have done so for many years and know each other.
If I had to complain about anything:
The parking lot has a lot of potholes which they patch every year ...
really needs tobe
completely repaved.
There is only one entrance to the place on Mix Ave near the intersection of Skiff and it is sometimes very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.
The hedges are a little to high and too close together in the parking lot ...
the path out there is too narrow for them to get a snowblower through in winter and so the steps don't get cleared in a timely manner.
They need another dumpster ...
every weekend ours overflows.
