I have been living at Dogwood Hill Apartments for well over ten years. I have seen management companies and management change hands many times over the years. About three years ago tarragon took over the property and they have made some fantastic changes. I have all new windows in my apartment, the pool was redone, the driveway was redone and they did much more.
The property is well maintained. The manager on-site is great, she responds to any work that I need in my apartment immediately. The maintenance guys are very knowledgable and friendly.
I hope to continue to live at Dogwood Hill for over another ten years and I would reccommend this place to anyone and everyone.
