We lived here for a year and were bummed to have to leave. There were only ever a few problems. First, the neighbors seem to be incapable of putting the trash IN the dumpster. There are always bags and couches and other trash all around it. Second, people are really bad about cleaning up after their pets. Gross! Also, though we never experienced it, here was a lot of talk about excessive mold issues. Finally, I got poison ivy. I honestly don't know where I picked it up from.
