Prices are crazy for where the market stands and what you actually get--one laundry room on premises and absolutely no security, no amenities; corporate management has no loyalty to current residents by hiking prices up every year by as much as $100 per month.
Apartments are a decent size and fairly nice--buildings are old so even though maintenance does their best to keep up, things have a habit of just falling apart.
