I've lived here for a few years and things just seem to keep getting worse.
This time it's the college students. This has been the worst semester so far for dealing with them and management does nothing about it (and it's only September!).
Screaming outside at 2:00 a.m., keeping outside doors propped open so every insect in the neighborhood gets in, packing four of them into a two-bedroom apartment so they take up four parking spots for one apartment. They're loud, they're obnoxious and they're from Quinnipiac.
Good luck trying to find a parking space if you arrive any later than 7 p.m. as there is no assigned parking. And good luck to management when your residents start moving out because of this.
You can have all of this for almost $1200 a month. Sounds like a deal, huh'
