I loved living at Hamden Centre. I lived here for 2 years in one of the smaller 2 bedroom apartments. The management is nice and accommodating. There were, however, way too many little kids running around for me. Parents just let them roam the parking lot unsupervised. Also, the parking lot is a little small, but there always seemed to be spots open (if you arrived late at night you just had to park a little farther away than usual). I also always felt safe on the property and although there are lots of college students living there, I was never bothered by any of them (they weren't loud, obnoxious, etc). In my 2 years living there I also had a great experience with the maintenance man. He always showed up in a timely manner and was polite and courteous. If I had any complaints, they would be that the laundry room was in rough shape and they need more machines, that the complex lacks insulation..it's FREEZING there in the winter (but I've heard that's the case with most apt. complexes), and that management "claims" that they enforce the parking stickers, but almost every day I saw cars parked in front of my building without stickers (which means those vehicles should be towed). Overall, I had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
