I lived here, and read the other reviews and honestly, I don't know what the others are talking about. Parking is always an issue, I would just take a quick drive down to the store to get groceries and by the time I got back home, someone would be in my spot. Then when I would try and find another parking space, there wouldn't be any avalible, I would always have to park no where near my apartment. And I have always had a problem with maintenance, I would call them telling them what needed to be replaced or fixed and I would have to wait days before getting their service. The rent is high and outregous for the dinky little apartmenta they are. They sont even have a playgym or pool for the younger kids around. I DON'T recommend this to anyone. Yes it has some convinace being so close to the shopping center, but other then that your better in one of the other apartments on Mix, like Apple Hill or Seramonte

Obviously written by a 10 year old who can't spell...parking is ample and free, maintenance is obsessive compulsive about repairs and cleanliness.
