I lived in these apartments for one year and that was enough! They're old and not very well insulated. If you're lucky enough to have windows that close tightly they're still drafty, one rain storm I had to put towels on the window sill because the rain was pouring in! In the winter the heat bill was horrible because of the drafty windows, it was like sleeping in an icebox! The wintertime parking lot plowing is terrible and is commonly icy and dangerous (especially for an apartment complex on a steep hill!). And if you have a major problem don't even think of trying to go over the head of the regional property manager because she'll fight tooth and nail to keep that information out of your hands! And the laundry facilities are old and usually broken! I would NOT recommend this place!
