the only complainers that live here are the college students.

they are all filthy rich and spoiled rotten.

they are the ones who cant find a parking space (driving daddy?s lexus)when they come home at 2 am after the bars close!

they expect the taj mahal from the lowest priced complex around!

the buildings are always kept clean, the parking is free no matter how many i have, my cats are welcome,

there is a new laundry room,

and the building materials are all NATURAL...no plastic, no toxic carpeting and plasterboard here...wood floors, cedar shakes and solid construction...heat is included in the rent so the UI bills are low!!!

find another landlord that knows your name or gives you a ride to work!!!

I just moved in and have had no problems at all. Nancy at the leasing office is cooperative and helpful, and the place was pristine on move in. Very clean. I love the hardwood floors. I agree with this reviewer that there are too many spoiled college punks driving brand new Lexus and BMW's around here, and not just at Hamden Ridge. I have lived in four "college towns" and have never seen the kind of spoiled little snots you have around here. I don't know, I guess I should be angry with MY father for being so cruel and irresponsible as to make me drive that ten year old Honda around when I was in college! I guess it sends a better message to your kid to hand them the keys to a Beamer to drive home drunk in .

excuse me, but not everyone in that toen is a "rich snot." I made $5,000 working full-time this summer in MINNESOTA to get money. I pay for my whole $36k tuition. and I will be living here paying for all my rent. don't be so judgemental.
