Maintenence was pretty good about coming to fix things when they broke, but often they would come for "routine" fixings (like the a/c and whatnot), but they wouldn't tell anyone in advance. Often very noisy either from college kids or people with screaming children. Manager is terrible, she will lie flat-out and tell different stories and policies to different people. Pretty dark in the parking lots. Didn't have problems with drafty windows or anything. Kitchen appliences were disgusting and old, nothing could get them clean. For the money, I'd recommend some other place.
