This is a very quiet building, which is hard to find nowadays.
The hallways and laundry room are kept very clean. My place was really clean when I moved in and it had new carpeting.
Mostly younger people live here-20's,30's and 40's. Luckily there aren't many if any kids. Not that I don't like them but these are mostly all 1 bedroom apts and single folks don't have lots of rug rats!
It's real close to the Farmington canal biking/hiking trail and I love hitting it when I get home from work and on weekends.
Try Glenwood Drive-In down the street for it's famous hot dogs and onion rings, a little added bonus in this area of town!
