A decent quiet building...

We've been living here about six months.
A combination of grad students and seniors make up the building, so it's very quiet. The walls are very thick, and we have yet to hear a stereo or TV filter though. A pub, market, and post office are across the street for a nice community feel.
The laundry room has strange hours, closing at 9pm, not practical for people who work odd hours. Snow clearing can be slow, we were blocked in during one heavy snow.
My biggest beef is the parking: a couple of year ago they repainted the parking space lines closer together to pack more cars in.
This mean very little space between cars, and guaranteed door dings unless you're creative about finding a spot. Management should work with local businesses to let tenants park in their lots after hours: customers from those businesses have a tendency to steal our spaces...
They need to add an outside water hose so we can wash our cars. But in all it's a decent and clean place to live, if a little old looking.
